Intro:

At Phone Staffer, we help home service companies generate leads through effective cold calling techniques. In this example, we contacted a homeowner in New Orleans to provide a free estimate for a power washing job. The homeowner expressed interest in having the side of the house and the driveway cleaned. Though the project is on hold due to ongoing renovations, an appointment was scheduled for an in-person estimate. This instance showcases the power of cold calling for leads, helping home service companies like power washing services to get more business by providing tailored, no-obligation estimates to potential clients.

Below, you’ll find the redacted transcript from the call to ensure individual privacy.

Ai Transcript:

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?

**Lead:**
Hi?

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Yes, sir. This is Lysi with (redacted).

**Lead:**
Oh, yep. How’re you doing?

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Yeah. Actually, you asked me to call you back today.

**Lead:**
Yeah, because I was busy at the company.. So you guys provide towel washing services, is that it?

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Yes.

**Lead:**
Okay, well, so we are currently in the middle of the hopeful final stages of the renovation, but would probably be interested in doing so once we’re done. Are you guys local, presumably?

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Actually, sir, yeah, actually this is just only an estimate for now. We do offer for a free estimate. So…

**Lead:**
Okay.

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Okay. By the way, sir, is this the best number to contact you if ever? It’s the (redacted), correct?

**Lead:**
Yes.

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Okay, and is this the best email address as well? (redacted)

**Lead:**
No, not really. But at the end of the day, I’ll give you the new one if we decide to do business.

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Sure. Curious. So sadly, I’m going to be out of town for about a week. But when could you guys take a look to see what the quote would be and I’m sure this is this is to power the house. Can you also do the, presumably, the concrete?

**Lead:**
Concrete, yeah.

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Which part of your house would you like to do for an estimate?

**Lead:**
Well, there’s going to be eventually it’ll be just kind of the side, which is where the door or the front door is from, which is not on the front of the house, on the side of the house. So it’s really just a side that I need. And then I think that we would probably want to go ahead and power wash the driveway as well. I mean, like the whole all the way back to the end of the slab.

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Oh, that’s awesome. So it just goes down the house, like a long fence line. By the way, if you don’t mind, I should leave. Is there any time that you can come by to check or would you prefer a virtual estimate?

**Lead:**
Well. Um. I’m, virtual is fine. Like I said, I will not be here, though. There will be people at the house, but again, it’s hit or miss whether they’re going to be here. So I’m not sure that you wouldn’t necessarily catch them, but you don’t need to be inside the house anyway, right?

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
So when is the best time that we can check on your house?

**Lead:**
If you want, again, like, mind you, there’s a ton of stuff in the way right now. There’s a bunch of stuff in the driveway. There’s a bunch of, like I said, we’re in the midst of installing the kitchen and all that stuff, so it’s kind of hard to see some of this, but they’re welcome to come by if you like today or they can come by. I don’t know.

**Phone Staffer Caller:**
Yeah, next week could be fine?

**Lead:**
As I say, I’m not going to be here, but there will be people here. But again, as long as they don’t need to get in the house
