“At Phone Staffer, we help home service companies generate leads through strategic outbound marketing. In this call, we reached out to a property management company inquiring about potential power washing opportunities. While they primarily work with a set vendor, they agreed to keep our client’s information on file for future consideration. This demonstrates how outbound marketing for home service companies can establish new connections and create potential business opportunities. Below is the redacted call transcript to protect individual privacy.”

Phone Staffer: Property Management, how can I help you?
Caller: Hi there. This is Rodge with (redacted), and Sarah (redacted). How are you?
Phone Staffer: Doing good.
Caller: That is great to hear! I’m actually reaching out regarding our power washing services for property management companies, and I’m looking for the best person to speak with regarding our services for your property.
Phone Staffer: I mean, I’m not the maintenance manager or anything, but I can let you know we’re pretty much not onboarding any new vendors. We’ve been using a vendor called (redacted), and they have a ton of insurance and contracted vendors in their database.
So, essentially, we assign work orders to (redacted), and then they go through their vendors that are approved with them and send out their own vendors.
We mainly just deal with (redacted) for the accounting and communication, but they have their own insured vendors that they send out. So, we really haven’t onboarded any new vendors in like 6-7 months.
Caller: You actually have ways on how to, you know, manage exterior maintenance, right? But would you be open to having a backup option for future reference? Maybe?
Phone Staffer: I mean, you can definitely send an email to our office email, and then we’ll have you on our vendor list if we ever need to add somebody.
Caller: Yes, yes, please. I would love to get the email address, as well as the name of the property manager that we should address the email to, if that’s okay?
Phone Staffer: Yeah, it’s going to be office@(redacted).com.
Caller: (Redacted).com, correct?
Phone Staffer: Correct.
Caller: And the name of the property manager?
Phone Staffer: That’s Gustavo.
Caller: Gustavo. How about his last name?
Phone Staffer: (Redacted).
Caller: (Redacted)?
Phone Staffer: Yes.
Caller: Thank you. And your name is Travis, right?
Phone Staffer: No, I’m Gustavo.
Caller: Oh, sorry about that! That was the previous one I spoke with.
So, Gustavo, we’re going to send you an email. One of my project managers will be sending you an email about our company and the services that we offer. If you’re ever interested in the services, you can just email us back.
Phone Staffer: Alright, that sounds good.
Caller: Thank you so much, Gustavo! You take care.
