Stage 3 –

Following screening and interviewing, it is now time to train the new hire on our client’s business with the SOP’s and scripts we created in Stage 1.

Training Bootcamp

All new phone hires are put through our training bootcamp.

This training covers scripts, SOPs, and training on our clients software like CRM, scheduling software, and VOIP softare.

Placement with company & ongoing support

After 2 weeks of sourcing and screening and 1 week of training we are ready to place the new phone staff at your company.
