I'm not sure how to use a remote employee. Can you help?

Absolutely! We don’t just find you the best talent at a fraction of a full-time US employee.

We train them on the best scripts, processes, and your company’s software. That way they are ready to go and start answering and making calls.

Are these dedicated or full time employees?

Placed Phone Staff are full-time with your company only. This isn’t a shared call center service. We recommend using your new phone staff as full-time employees. The money saved for a part-time employee is minimal when contrasted to the benefits a full-time employee brings.

Are they in-person or remote?

All Phone Staff are 100% remote workers. Each Phone Staff member is required to have a dedicated workspace with no distractions or background noise to ensure a professional experience for any of your customers.

Do they just answer calls?

The Phone Staff is your dedicated employee. You can have them doing any task you wish! From inbound call answering, outbound call making, texting, CRM, and calendar updating.. the list goes on.

What software do they use to call?

Our Phone Staff are trained by you to operate your phone system. If you do not have an online phone system, we can suggest one for you.

Further, we can also assist with automations off of your phone systems. Things like out-of-hours missed call texts, auto outbound calls, CRM integrations, etc.
