But he’s the one—we’ve only been at home for a year—so he helped me get the loan, and we’re working on refinancing. So let me—but do follow up with me. I know rates are… I’m probably more interested in doing something in the fall, that’s when the rates are, I think, going to go down a little further after the meeting, so I’ll probably… But follow up with me in September and see where we’re at. What was your name?
**Phone Staffer Caller**: Well, actually, my name is Chris, and I’m with Ready Mortgages. Since we’re going through all the homeowners in the area—Ponce De Leon Avenue—it was brought to our attention because we saw that you guys have an FHA loan and you’re at a whopping 7 percent interest. Is this correct?
**Lead**: Yeah, we are. Yeah, yeah. That was part of the program. We had to buy it at the time. That was the rate, so. But, yeah. Uh, that’s a killer. I know we’re definitely interested in doing something. But, um, Chris, keep my number. And I guess after the ED meeting, I guess that will give us a little bit more idea of where things are at. But, yeah, I guess—where do you see the rates and stuff? I mean, where do you… I guess you probably have to buy it down with some point or something like that. But, on a refi, just curious what the fees and stuff might be.
**Phone Staffer Caller**: Yeah, that’s a good question, man. Because, you see, what I do is I’m actually in charge of setting an appointment. We’ve got Chandra James here in our list of homeowners. What we do is, if you’ve got an available time, you and your wife, any time of the day, I could actually set up an appointment for one of our loan officers to actually reach you both at the best available time you’ve got in a day. So, you could actually hear what they have to offer. Not actually decide on it, because I know—I respect that you are working with somebody else now—but, it’s just a little bit of an option to just hear their offer. You might like it.
**Lead**: Oh, yeah. Yeah, for sure. For sure. Yeah, we definitely—it doesn’t hurt to listen. My wife works pretty much, yeah… She still works, starting at 4 or 5 or 4:30 every day. So she’s pretty… Her schedule’s pretty tough, but I guess we can kind of see what works. But yeah, if they want to reach out, and I kind of… I’ll probably be more interested to set something up next month.
