Step 3 - Hiring & Training
Want to know the secret to cold calling for home service leads?
It isn’t to get the best ‘I can sell ice to an eskimo’ sales people on the phones. In fact, high-pressure sales in a B2C cold call will crash your lead quality.
The secret is to find a caller that can make 1000 dials a day, speak to a few hundred people, and get you 1-3 leads PER DAY. While remaining energetic, on script, and sounding great. That is why we emphasize recruiting, training, and ongoing quality assurance and coaching the right callers.
Step 4 - Smile & Dial
Once we have a proven script, targeted data, and trained callers, we set them loose on the phones. Each caller will generate 1-3 leads per day.
Leads are delivered to your CRM, for your team to call and book an appointment with. Then we repeat it all again the next day.
