Phone Staffer Caller: Okay, gotcha. Well, I mean we’re a remotely run facility, so you have either myself or others there from time to time. But I think either myself or the primary manager will be there in the morning.

Lead: Tomorrow?

Phone Staffer Caller: Yeah, no, tomorrow. Either he or I will be there from like nine to noon.

Lead: Okay, sounds good. Yeah. I actually would love to though, well, definitely the perfect time for us as well like around nine to eleven and often times, so we can definitely see you there in case.

Bill, I wanna ask you. Do you have any idea when was the last time you guys had priority washing?

Phone Staffer Caller: I’m not really sure. I don’t think ever. I mean, I don’t think that the current owners, I don’t think they’ve owned it that long though. So, they had it completely redone when they bought it.

Lead: Hmm, interesting, yeah. That’s the initial info that I had prior. But it has been kind of like a time that they haven’t had this service.

Do you see any filthy, or do you have any idea a location in your area currently that probably needs attention for this service or sidewalks, breezeways probably?

Phone Staffer Caller: No, we don’t have any sidewalks, we just have asphalt. Honestly, I don’t know that there is any. The asphalt, I don’t really think that that would do much of anything.

And then the building, as you said it’s been redone fairly, fairly recently within the last year or so.

I don’t know. I mean, I’m not saying it’s not a good service, but I just don’t know how necessary it would be.

But you can talk to the manager and see.

Lead: Absolutely. Understandable. Well, if it’s actually just fairly or just redone, definitely you guys will not be needing the service, which is just fine with us.

We want to make sure that probably you guys do have the best options whenever you guys need it, especially summertime and springtime as the usual best time to do that service.
